目的:对远志科远志属植物小花远志Polygala telephioides的化学成分进行研究。方法:采用色谱技术进行分离,根据理化性质和波谱学技术确定化合物的结构。结果:分离并鉴定了6个酮类化合物1,3,7-三羟基酮(1)、1,7-二羟基-3-甲氧基酮(2)、1,3-二羟基酮(3)、1,7-二羟基酮(4)、1-甲氧基-2,3-亚甲二氧基酮(5)、1,7-二甲氧基酮(6)。结论:所得到的化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of Polygala telephioides, a genus of Polygala. METHODS: Chromatographic techniques were used for separation and the structures of the compounds were determined on the basis of physicochemical properties and spectroscopic techniques. Results: Six fluorenone compounds were isolated and identified 1,3,7-trihydroxyfluorenone (1), 1,7-dihydroxy-3-methoxyfluorenone (2), 1,3-dihydroxy Anthrone (3), 1,7-dihydroxyfluorenone (4), 1-methoxy-2,3-methylenedioxyfluorenone (5), 1,7-dimethoxyfluorenone ( 6). Conclusion: The obtained compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time.
