应用99mTc-HMPAO显像,观察了27例缺血性脑血管疾病患者的脑血流与脑功能状态变化,在左基底节梗塞或出血引起的失语组病中,发现大脑Wernicke和Broca语言区呈低灌注状态,其摄取比值较对照组有显著差异.枕叶缺乏血供引起的偏盲组在定向动态光刺激治疗后,发现在视野改善的同时,枕叶的灌注状态也有所改善,以上变化均不能由MRI反映;在中枢性眩晕的患者中亦发现前庭中枢呈低灌注现象.由此说明脑SPECT显像可以观察大脑功能活动.因为脑功能与脑血流状态密切相关;而且在对缺血性脑血管疾病治疗中,尤其是评价脑功能恢复正常的程度,也有一定的指导意义.
