随着电力自动化技术的飞速发展,对辖区所有变电站实现地县一体化集中调控的运行模式在电力系统已日益普及。如何有效地避免调控人员在调控技术支持系统上发生误遥控操作,已是保证电网安全运行的一个首要问题。文章提出在调控技术支持系统中引入区域拓扑“五防”功能,与各厂站间隔测控单元闭锁相结合,大幅度提升调控技术支持系统遥控操作的安全性。
With the rapid development of power automation technology, the operating mode of centralized control of prefectures and counties for all substations in the area has become increasingly widespread in power systems. How to effectively avoid the accidental remote control operation of the control personnel in the regulation and control technical support system has become a primary issue to ensure the safe operation of the power grid. The article proposes to introduce the regional topological “five defense ” function in the regulation and control technical support system and combine with the lockout of the interval control unit at each station to greatly enhance the security of the remote control operation of the regulation and control technical support system.
