目的应用速度向量成像技术分析高脂血症患者治疗前、后颈总动脉管壁运动特点。方法 30例高脂血症患者均给予阿托伐他汀治疗,于治疗前及治疗后3,6,12个月,应用速度向量成像软件分析患者左侧颈总动脉短轴切面4个侧壁(前壁、内侧壁、后壁、外侧壁)的收缩期最大速度、最大切向应变及最大切向应变率,并进行比较。结果治疗后3个月患者左侧颈总动脉外侧壁收缩期最大速度(1.89±0.21)×10-2 cm/s、最大切向应变(3.43±0.99)%、最大切向应变率(0.31±0.02)s-1明显高于治疗前(0.90±0.28)×10-2 cm/s,(1.80±1.04)%,(0.10±0.06)s-1(P均<0.05);治疗后6,12个月其他侧壁收缩期最大速度、最大切向应变、最大切向应变率也明显高于治疗前(P<0.05)。结论速度向量成像技术可较好地评价高脂血症患者治疗前、后颈总动脉的管壁运动特征,对防治心、脑血管疾病有指导意义。
Objective To analyze the characteristics of carotid artery wall before and after treatment in patients with hyperlipemia by velocity vector imaging. Methods 30 patients with hyperlipidemia were treated with atorvastatin. Before and 3, 6 and 12 months after treatment, the four lateral walls of the left common carotid artery short axis were analyzed by velocity vector imaging software Front wall, medial wall, posterior wall, lateral wall) maximum systolic velocity, maximum tangential strain and maximum tangential strain rate, and compared. Results The maximal systolic velocity (3.43 ± 0.99)%, maximum systolic strain (0.31 ± 0.99) and maximum systolic velocity (1.89 ± 0.21) × 10-2 cm / s in the left common carotid artery 0.02) s-1 was significantly higher than that before treatment (0.90 ± 0.28) × 10-2 cm / s, (1.80 ± 1.04)% and (0.10 ± 0.06) s- The maximum systolic velocity, maximum tangential strain and maximum tangential strain rate of other sidewalls during the first month were also significantly higher than those before treatment (P <0.05). Conclusion The velocity vector imaging technique can evaluate the characteristics of the carotid artery of the common carotid arteries in patients with hyperlipidemia before and after treatment, which is instructive for the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.
