特高压送电线路在世界范围内目前处于应用探索阶段,其杆塔结构设计尚未出台相关规范。基于杆塔结构的设计基本表达式和功能函数,对影响杆塔结构可靠度的设计参数进行了分析;采用一次二阶矩方法(JC法)评定了现行相关杆塔结构设计规程的可靠度;依托某实际典型特高压送电线路设计资料,分析了结构重要性系数和设计风速取值等参数对特高压杆塔结构可靠度的影响规律,指出了按现行规程设计的不同风速地区杆塔结构可靠度的不均衡性等问题。分析结果可供特高压送电线路杆塔结构设计规范制定参考。
UHV transmission line in the world is currently in the exploration stage of application, the design of the tower structure has not yet promulgated the relevant norms. Based on the basic design and function of tower design, the design parameters affecting the reliability of the tower are analyzed. The reliability of the existing tower design rules is evaluated by the first order second moment method (JC method) This paper analyzes the design rules of typical UHV power transmission lines and analyzes the influence of parameters such as structure importance factor and design wind speed on the reliability of UHV tower structure. The unbalanced reliability of tower structure in different wind speed areas is pointed out. Sex and other issues. The results of the analysis can be used as reference for design of UHV transmission line tower structure.
