SBS改性沥青与普通沥青相比,其路用性能得到大幅度的提高。就SBS改性沥青的改善机理进行了试验研究,通过对沥青组分分析发现,随着改性剂剂量的不同,由于高聚物的吸胀作用,沥青中的饱和分的减少量呈抛物线的变化趋势,而沥青质和胶质的增加量可以近似地拟合为多项式;SBS改性沥青的相容稳定性不仅与SBS的结构有关,还与改性剂的剂量和沥青种类有关。研究结果表明,L-SBS的相容稳定性比S-SBS的稳定性好,饱和分、胶质含量较多的沥青,与SBS的相容稳定性较好。
SBS modified asphalt compared with ordinary asphalt, the road performance has been greatly improved. The improvement mechanism of SBS modified asphalt was studied. Through the analysis of asphalt composition, it was found that with the increase of dosage of modifier, the reduction of saturated fraction in asphalt is parabolic due to the swelling effect of polymer While the increase of asphaltene and colloid can be approximated as polynomials. The compatibility of SBS modified asphalt is not only related to the structure of SBS, but also to the dosage of modifier and the type of asphalt. The results show that the compatibility stability of L-SBS is better than the stability of S-SBS, asphalt with more saturated and more glial content, and the compatibility with SBS is better.
