对传统的锻造工艺进行了研究和改进,通过合理选用钢锭及采用宽300 mm平砧压方、拔长、倒棱滚圆等工序,实现用4 t电液锤锻造7.8 t螺旋桨轴大锻件。试验结果证明,合理的锻造工艺路线锻合了钢锭内部的缩孔、疏松等缺陷,所获得的螺旋桨轴大锻件经过锻后调质热处理能得到较好的综合力学性能。项目的研究充分发挥了自由锻造工具简单、通用性强、灵活性大的特点,实现了长轴类大锻件的自由锻造。
The traditional forging process was researched and improved, and the 7.8 t propeller shaft forging was realized by 4 t electrohydraulic hammer through the rational use of steel ingot and the adoption of wide 300 mm flat anvil, long drawing and chamfering rounding. The test results show that a reasonable forging process forged the shrinkage cavity, loose and other defects within the ingot ingot, the obtained forged propeller shaft forgings after quenching and tempering heat treatment can get a better overall mechanical properties. The research of the project has given full play to the advantages of free forging tools being simple, versatile and flexible, which has realized the free forging of large shaft forgings.
