介绍了现有应力波调制器存在的问题,提出采用有台阶的调制器,以减轻铆枪的重量。利用HONDO有限元程序对应力波在两种调制器中的传播进行了分析。结果表明,有台阶的调制器对应力波的放大倍数与现有调制器相当,且输出的波形比较稳定,而其重量可减轻50%以上。利用该程序对应力波在不同尺寸的应力波调制器中的传播进行了进一步分析,根据输出波形的质量对变截面应力波调制器的几何尺寸进行了优化设计,提出了锥体的底角和直径设计范围。
The existing problems of stress wave modulator are introduced, and a modulator with steps is proposed to reduce the weight of the rivet gun. The propagation of stress wave in the two modulators was analyzed by HONDO finite element program. The results show that the magnification of the stress wave with a step modulator is comparable to that of the existing modulator, and the output waveform is relatively stable, and its weight can be reduced by more than 50%.
