为进一步探讨黄体功能不全(LPD)的病因,采用免疫组织化学法对7名LPD患者分泌期子宫内膜上的孕激素受体(PR)进行了半定量测定。结果显示:PR普遍存在于子宫内膜腺上皮细胞和间质细胞的胞浆及胞核中。在LPD患者与正常子宫内膜者血清孕酮值无显著性差异的情况下,LPD患者的子宫内膜腺上皮细胞胞核的PR半定量评分(6.75±2.57分)明显低于正常内膜者(9.50±1.64分),P<0.05。提示:LPD患者分泌早-中期宫内膜腺上皮细胞胞核PR含量的下降,降低了子宫内膜对正常的孕酮刺激产生的反应,从而导致分泌机能不足。
To further investigate the etiology of corpus luteum insufficiency (LPD), semi-quantitative determination of progesterone receptor (PR) in secretory endometrium of seven patients with LPD was performed by immunohistochemistry. The results showed that: PR is ubiquitous in the cytoplasm and nucleus of endometrial glandular epithelial cells and stromal cells. In patients with LPD and normal endometrial serum progesterone values were not significantly different circumstances, LPD patients with endometrial glandular epithelial cells PR semi-quantitative score (6.75 ± 2.57 points) was significantly lower than Normal endometrium (9.50 ± 1.64 points), P <0.05. Tip: LPD patients with early / mid-term secretion of endometrial glandular epithelial cells decreased PR content in the nucleus, reducing endometrial progesterone stimulation of the normal response, resulting in lack of secretion.
