增强学生体质是体育教学所追求的主要目标和根本任务。我们要以此为着眼点去科学地安排课程、教学方案、教学方法和组织工作等。在大学四年中,学生身体素质呈“单峰型”的异常曲线变化,引起我院各级领导的高度重视。1995年,学校将93级本科生三年级“达标”训练和测试工作纳入正常的课堂教学中,在此基础上,1996年又开设了三年级专科、四年级本科“达标训练课”,并与《大学生守则》的规定“体育课作为毕业和升留级的课目”相挂钩。高年级开设“达标训练课”,在提高高年级学生身体素质方面取得了较好的效果。
To enhance students’ physique is the main goal pursued by PE teaching and its fundamental task. We should take this as a starting point to scientifically arrange courses, teaching programs, teaching methods and organizational work. In the four years of college, the students’ physical fitness showed a “monomodal” abnormal curve changes, causing all levels of our hospital leaders attach great importance. In 1995, the school will 93 grade undergraduates third grade “standard” training and testing into the normal classroom teaching, on this basis, in 1996 and opened the third grade specialist, fourth grade undergraduate “standard training class”, and with “College Students Code” provisions of “Physical Education as a graduation and retention class” linked. Higher grades opened “standard training class”, in improving the physical fitness of senior students achieved good results.
