目的探讨情绪管理能否缓解医护人员的职业倦怠。方法 2015年5月1日-2016年2月29日采用随机采样法,对某地区某三级甲等医院医护工作者进行自我情绪管理及在专业人员指导下实施情绪管理,对比干预前后Maslach职业倦怠量表通用版(MBI-GS)评分的差异。结果调查的100名医护人员中,男27人,女73人;年龄(34.5±5.6)岁;医生11人,护士89人。根据MBI-GS评分,医护人员有职业倦怠者69人。在情绪管理干预前后情感衰竭、工作状态、个人成就感3个维度及职业倦怠总分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医护人员通过自我情绪管理或在指导下进行情绪管理,可缓解职业倦怠。
Objective To explore whether emotional management can ease the burnout of medical staff. Methods From May 1, 2015 to February 29, 2016, a random sampling method was used to conduct self-emotional management of health care workers in some Grade-A hospitals in a certain area and implement emotional management under the guidance of professionals. Before and after the intervention, Maslach’s occupation Burnout General Table of Variables (MBI-GS) score difference. Results Among the 100 medical staff surveyed, there were 27 males and 73 females, with an average age of 34.5 ± 5.6 years, 11 doctors and 89 nurses. According to the MBI-GS score, 69 were burnout workers. There were significant differences in emotional exhaustion, work status and personal accomplishment before and after the emotional management intervention and the total score of job burnout (P <0.05). Conclusion Medical staff can relieve job burnout through self-emotional management or emotional management under the guidance of their own.
