教师要根据不同年龄段、不同年级学生的思想道德水平发展的差异性以及当前关注点的不同,采用分层策略,有侧重点地在学科教学中进行德育渗透,达到“育人无痕润物无声”的教育目的。
According to the different developmental levels of students’ ideological and moral levels and different current concerns, teachers should adopt a stratified strategy to focus on moral education infiltration in subject teaching so as to achieve “ Silence ”educational purposes.
