本文介绍专家知识与电脑技术相结合编制的诊断软件系统。专家知识由根据ＩＣＤ－１０，ＣＣＭＤ－２ＤＳＭ－Ⅲ－Ｒ编制的诊断量表，经全国１４家医院共收集有效病例１１２５份组成。利用Ｏｒａｃｌｅ建立数据资料库，采用人工神经网络方法进行学习诊断，由Ｃ语言及Ｐｒｏ＊Ｃ实现接口技术，故可用中文输入及输出打印。本软件可诊断６０种儿童常见心理障碍，覆盖儿童心理障碍诊断的９５％以上。软件编成后，采用人机双盲对照覆查诊断６２７例，二者Ｋａｐｐａ值为０．９８（Ｐ＜０．００１）。
This article describes the combination of expert knowledge and computer technology diagnostic software system. Expert knowledge from the diagnostic scale prepared by ICD-10, CCMD-2DSM-Ⅲ-R, composed of 1125 valid cases collected in 14 hospitals nationwide. The use of Oracle to establish a data repository, the use of artificial neural network method for learning diagnosis, C language and Pro * C interface technology, it can be used for Chinese input and output printing. The software can diagnose 60 kinds of common mental disorders in children, covering more than 95% of children diagnosed with mental disorders. Software compiled, the use of man-machine double-blind control review of diagnosis of 627 cases, the two Kappa value of 0.98 (P <0.001).
