目的：总结大疱性表皮松解坏死型药疹的护理经验。方法选取2013年1月~2015年6月在我科医治的大疱性表皮松解坏死型药疹患者28例作为研究对象，总结和归纳护理经验。结果28例大疱性表皮松解坏死型药疹患者全部治愈出院，住院时间15~26天，平均住院时间19天，住院期间无1例并发感染，无1例并发压疮。结论综合的护理方案有利于大疱性表皮松解坏死型药疹的治愈，减少并发症。“,”Objective conclusion bullosa epidermolysis necrosis necrsis drug eruption type of nursing experience. Results 28 cases bullous epidermolysis necrosis drug eruption type patients were all cured and discharged,length of hospital stay 15~26 days,the average hospitalization time 19 days, hospital no 1 case complicatsd with infection,1 case complicatsd with pressure ulcers. Conclusion comprehensive nursing care plan to bullosa epidermolysis necrosis drug eruption type of cure,reduce the complications.
