将热力耦合有限元方法与金属微观组织演变数学模型相结合,提出了热变形过程微观组织的数值预报方法。作为应用,模拟了H型钢热轧过程的微观组织演变。预报值与实测值吻合良好,表明本文方法己能成功预报热变形后的金属微观组织。
The method of numerical prediction of microstructure in the process of thermal deformation was proposed by combining the thermodynamic coupling finite element method with the mathematical model of metal microstructure evolution. As an application, the microstructure evolution of hot-rolled H-beam was simulated. The predicted values are in good agreement with the measured values, indicating that the method in this paper can successfully predict the metal microstructures after thermal deformation.
