一、前言钢材经表面渗铝后,不仅可以提高其耐热抗氧化性,还可提高对某些介质的耐腐蚀性,用渗铝钢来代替耐热钢或不锈钢,已引起国内外的重视。目前,渗铝钢已广泛应用于石油、化工、机械、冶金等工业部门,大大提高了设备及另部件的使用寿命,而且还在继续研究和扩大使用范围。电力工业部门采用渗铝钢的时间不长。1973年,宝鸡电厂锅炉受热面管子发生严重的高温硫腐蚀,曾首先在该厂2号炉上试用20~#碳钢渗铝管(简称渗铝管)。1975年,武昌电厂锅炉烧磷肥后,受热面管子发生严重的熔盐内氧化腐蚀,也安装了渗铝管。多年来的运行实践表明,渗铝管性能良好,对防止或延缓高温硫腐蚀及熔盐内氧化腐蚀,效果十分明显。
