研究了旋转磁场作用下稀土镁合金AZ91D组织和性能的变化规律,并对其相对应的机理进行了探讨。结果表明:在旋转磁场作用下,合金的平均晶粒尺寸变小,β-Mg17Al12相和稀土化合物相的形貌和分布发生改变,合金硬度得以提高。
The microstructure and properties of AZ91D magnesium alloy under rotating magnetic field were studied. The corresponding mechanism was also discussed. The results show that under the action of rotating magnetic field, the average grain size decreases and the morphology and distribution of β-Mg17Al12 phase and rare earth compound phase change. The hardness of the alloy increases.
