目的:建立超高效液相色谱(UPLC)测定白虎汤中芒果苷含量的方法,研究不同配伍对汤剂中芒果苷含量的影响。方法:采用L8(27)正交设计,以UPLC测定白虎汤中芒果苷含量。结果:配伍降低了药液中芒果苷含量,粳米对芒果苷含量的影响存在显著性(P<0.05),石膏、甘草降低了芒果苷含量,但影响不显著,两两交互作用对芒果苷含量影响不显著。结论:采用UPLC测定白虎汤中芒果苷的含量,简单快捷,结果可靠,可作为白虎汤中芒果苷含量的检测方法;粳米降低了复方药液中芒果苷的含量。
Objective: To establish a method for determination of mangiferin in Baihu Decoction by ultra performance liquid chromatography (UPLC), and to study the effect of different compatibility on the content of mangiferin in decoction. Methods: L8 (27) orthogonal design was used to determine the content of mangiferin in Baihu decoction by UPLC. Results: The content of mangiferin in the medicinal solution decreased with the compatibility, the content of mangiferin in the japonica rice had significant difference (P <0.05), gypsum and licorice decreased the content of mangiferin, but the effect was insignificant. The effect is not significant. Conclusion: The determination of mangiferin in Baihu Decoction by UPLC is simple and quick with reliable results. It can be used as the detection method of mangiferin in Baihu Tang. Japonica rice can reduce the content of mangiferin in compound liquid.
