胰岛素效价测定法中国药典采用“小鼠惊厥法”,国外药典采用小鼠血糖法,家兔血糖法,以上方法均为生物测定的方法。本文根据胰岛素有紫外吸收,采用紫外分光光度法作为胰岛素含量测定的辅助方法,其测定结果为:标准直线回归方程A=0.0352C+0.0107,相关系数:0.9999,变异系数1.53％,可信限为101.08～98.44。从结果看来,在给定的条件下本法具有操作简便,重复性好等优点,便于推广应用,所测结果与生物测定基本符合。 Insulin potency assay Chinese Pharmacopoeia “mouse convulsion method”, the foreign pharmacopoeia using mouse blood sugar method, rabbit blood glucose method, the above methods are bioassay method. Based on the UV absorption of insulin, UV spectrophotometry was used as an auxiliary method for the determination of insulin content. The results were as follows: standard linear regression equation A = 0.0352C + 0.0107, correlation coefficient: 0.9999, coefficient of variation 1.53% 101.08 ~ 98.44. From the result, the method has the advantages of simple operation and good repeatability under given conditions, which is convenient for popularization and application. The measured result basically conforms to the bioassay.
