目的通过对1起市售水产品中霍乱弧菌污染的调查分析,为霍乱防治提供科学依据。方法按照《霍乱防治手册》[1](第6版),对市售水产品、相关环境、重点人群进行霍乱病原菌检测。结果共采样88件,其中市售水产品样61件,相关环境样25件,人肛拭样2件。检出5株O139群霍乱弧菌产毒流行株,阳性率5.7%,其中从水产品样中检出3株,阳性率为4.9%;从环境样中检出2株,阳性率为8.0%,人肛拭样未检出。结论该次水产品检出的霍乱弧菌为流行株,应加强对海(水)产品的风险监测,采取联防联控的防治策略,预防食源性霍乱的暴发流行。
Objective To investigate and analyze the contamination of Vibrio cholerae in one commercial aquatic product to provide a scientific basis for prevention and control of cholera. Methods According to Cholera Prevention and Treatment Manual [1] (6th edition), cholera pathogens were tested on commercially available aquatic products, related environment and key populations. Results A total of 88 samples were collected, of which 61 were commercial aquatic products, 25 were related to environmental samples and 2 were human anal swabs. Five strains of Vibrio cholerae O139 were detected, the positive rate was 5.7%, of which 3 were detected from aquatic samples, the positive rate was 4.9%. Two strains were detected from environmental samples, the positive rate was 8.0% , Human anal swab not detected. Conclusion The Vibrio cholerae detected in this aquatic product is a epidemic strain. Risk monitoring of seawater products should be strengthened. Prevention and control strategies should be adopted to prevent foodborne cholera outbreak.
