1997年11月19~28日,国产弹簧束支承的钨金瓦推力轴承在我公司1000t 推力台上进行了6种线速度工况下不同单位比压下的试验,并获得圆满成功。轴承最大平均线速度达到27.5m/s,最大轴瓦试验单位比压达到8MPa,最高试验 PV 值达到160.5MPa·m/s(1637kgf·m/s)。在所有试验工况下,试验轴承运行稳定。各测试数据表明弹簧束支承是一种好的支承方式。在此期间还对三峡机组推力轴承、二滩机组推力轴承工况进行模拟试验,均取得了成功。
From November 19 to November 28, 1997, the domestic-made Tungsten-steel thrust bearing with spring-beam support performed tests at different unit pressures under 6 linear speed conditions on our 1000t thrust platform and achieved complete success. The maximum average linear velocity of the bearing reaches 27.5m / s, the maximum bearing unit test pressure reaches 8MPa and the highest test PV value reaches 160.5MPa · m / s (1637kgf · m / s). In all test conditions, the test bearing operation is stable. The test data show that the spring beam support is a good way to support. In the meantime, the thrust test of the Three Gorges Project and the motive test of Ertan thrust bearing were carried out. All of them achieved success.
