Central nervous system Toxoplasma gondii most frequently violated organs, we investigated the 132 cases of central nervous system disease in children with Toxoplasma infection. Among 132 cases of Toxoplasma gondii antibody positive in 41 cases, the total positive was 31.06%. The positive rates of acute hemiplegia, encephalitis and epilepsy in children were 37.04%, 35% and 32.14% respectively.
