坡莫合金是铁镍系软磁合金的总称,它的主要特点是通过热处理后矫顽力(H_c)小,在弱磁场中有很高的起始导磁率(μ_o)和最大导磁率(μ_M),并有很好的防锈性能和加工性能,因此被广泛应用于航空电机、电器及电讯仪表上。但是合金的热处理规范对其磁性能的影响很大。我厂选用1J46的坡莫合金作电机控制系统的磁放大器,按照国内现行的热处理规范进行处理,往往由于生产厂家不同,炉批不同,热处理后的磁性能时高时低,甚至达不到技术标准要求。 1J46的磁性能要求为: Permalloy is the general name of Fe-Ni soft magnetic alloy.
