前言 在一项专门设计的研究推拉效应的反复倾斜实验中,在头上倾时呼吸末期潮气量中的CO_2(ETCO_2)会减少。动脉血中CO_2减少导致脑血流量减少,同时会增加晕厥状态的发生率。在下面两种条件对脑血管和心血管对反复倾斜的反应进行研究:①使ETCO_2随倾斜变化血CO_2张力正常;②在仰卧水平ETCO_2被钳制,血CO_2等张。方法 对6名健康受试者测定以下指标:①换气(V_E)和借助节律呼吸系统
INTRODUCTION In a specially designed tilt-and-repeat study of push-pull effects, CO 2 (ETCO 2) decreases in the tidal volume of the end-tidal breathing during the last breath. A decrease in CO 2 in the arterial blood leads to a decrease in cerebral blood flow and an increase in the incidence of syncope. The following two conditions were studied on the response to repeated tilt of cerebrovascular and cardiovascular: ① normalizing the tension of ETCO_2 with blood CO 2 tension; ② clamping of ETCO_2 at supine position and blood CO 2 isotonicity.
