随着我国社会主义市场经济的飞速发展、面临的国际竞争的日益激烈,我国大部分企业的生产组织形式和行政管理模式都随之做出了相应的变化。因此,为了更好地进行水电企业的战略管理工作和实现水电企业发展创新的工作目标,水电企业的基层党建工作也应作出相应调整。本文客观、全面地分析新时期水电企业基层党建工作存在的问题和不足,并在充分阐述加强水电企业基层党建工作的重要性和必要性的基础上,探寻出一套行之有效的做好水电企业基层党建工作的策略和措施。
With the rapid development of China’s socialist market economy and the increasingly fierce international competition, most of the enterprises in our country have made corresponding changes in their organizational forms of production and administration.
