研制了电子束时间聚焦和时间准直系统,由时间聚焦器、时间准直器、条纹变像管、脉冲发生器和CCD等组成。测量了系统对电子束的时间压缩比,当聚焦脉冲斜率为800 m V/ps时,测得系统的时间压缩比为3.4∶1。研究了时间压缩比与聚焦脉冲斜率的关系,实验结果表明时间压缩比随着聚焦脉冲斜率的增大而提高。
Developed the electron beam time focusing and time alignment system, which consists of time focusing device, time collimator, streak change tube, pulse generator and CCD. The time compression ratio of the system to the electron beam was measured. When the focal pulse slope was 800 mV / ps, the time compression ratio of the system was measured to be 3.4: 1. The relation between the time compression ratio and the gradient of the focus pulse is studied. The experimental results show that the time compression ratio increases with the increase of the slope of the focus pulse.
