以人胃腺癌SGC-7901细胞为实验模型,观察了维生素E琥珀酸酯(VES)对其生长的抑制作用,并且采用电镜、流式细胞术和末端脱氧核苷酸标记检测了VES诱导SGC-7901细胞凋亡情况。结果表明,20μg/mlVES处理SGC-7901细胞4天,细胞生长抑制率达100%,本研究结果还显示VES可诱导SGC-7901细胞经历凋亡,同样在20μg/ml剂量下处理细胞2天,可引起89.96%的细胞凋亡。本研究提示在离体试验条件下VES是人胃癌细胞潜在的生长抑制剂
The inhibitory effect of vitamin E succinate (VES) on the growth of human gastric adenocarcinoma SGC-7901 cells was observed. The effects of VES on SGC-7901 cells were observed by electron microscopy, flow cytometry and terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase 7901 apoptosis. The results showed that VES could induce SGC-7901 cells to undergo apoptosis when treated with 20μg / ml VES for 4 days, and the cell growth inhibition rate reached 100%. The same treatment with 20μg / ml SGC-7901 cells for 2 days, Can cause 89.96% of apoptosis. This study suggests that VES is a potential growth inhibitor of human gastric cancer cells in vitro
