我场一台6160A—6型增压柴油发电机组,工作中曲轴箱突然严重窜气,箱体通风口有大股烟雾冒出。但发动机油压、水温正常,亦无异常敲击声。停机后打开机体侧板,排净废气、扳动飞轮未发现有气体下窜现象,亦未听到进排气门漏气的声音,气缸压缩力正常。再次起动,主机点火迅速,起动性能良好,但曲轴箱依旧窜气。进一步观察发现,从曲轴箱体通气口喷出的烟雾,其色、味与排气管排出废气相仿。这时我们将该机通往增压器的进排气支管卸下,用自制盖板将增压器废气进口、压气机出口密封。同时,打开该机箱体通气口盖,一股气流从增压器润滑油
