随着改革开放的进一步深化和知识经济的广泛传播,安全管理成为现代企业管理的一个重要组成部分,并逐渐由“纯反应型”向“预防型”转变,在整个企业管理中地位日益突出。钢铁企业具有高风险的特点,安全管理较为薄弱,面对新形势如何构建出一套行之有效的安全管理体制是当前企业亟待解决的一个问题。因此,本文将企业的安全管理模式作为分析和研究对象,分析了钢铁企业目前安全管理的现状及其存在的问题。在对比研究国内外大型钢铁公司安全管理的先进经验及管理方法的基础上,应用社会学、管理学、人力资源学等理论知识,对企业构建全面的安全管理系统进行实践和应用的研究。

Therefore, this paper regards the enterprise’s safety management mode as the analysis and research object, and analyzes the present situation and existing problems of the current safety management in iron and steel enterprises. On the basis of comparative study of the advanced experience and management methods of safety management of large iron and steel companies at home and abroad, this dissertation applies the theoretical knowledge of sociology, management science and human resource science to study the practice and application of a comprehensive safety management system.
