车床中的铜瓦磨损了常常要调换,这样原有铜瓦就白白地浪费了。最近我厂采用浇铸巴氏合金的方法修复铜瓦如附图所示,效果很好,不但缩短了检修工时,而且节约了有色金属。操作方法:首先把铜瓦拆下,把孔搪大(比车床主轴直径大2～3公厘),然后在孔内车0.5公厘深12扣/时的反正螺纹。浇铸前,先把经过清理的铜瓦烘热,然后在铜瓦孔内镀上一层焊锡。浇铸时可以把铜瓦孔内全部倒满巴氏合金,最后把孔
