本研究观察了来自国产马面鱼油的n-3多烯脂肪酸(n-3PUFAs)对血脂的影响,结果表明:n-3PUFAs能够降低正常膳食大、小鼠血清TC含量,不影响HDL-含量,而相对升高HDL-C/CT比值;此外,还能够降低高脂膳食小鼠血清TC含量,升高HDL-C含量及HDL-C/TC比值,对高脂膳食大鼠血清TC、HDL-C含量的影响虽没有统计学意义,但具有降低其血清TC含量,升高HDL-C/TC比值的趋势。说明来自国产马面鱼油的n-3PUFAs能够调节血脂,对动脉粥样硬化、冠心病等心血管疾病的防治有一定的价值
In this study, the effects of n-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids (n-3 PUFAs) from domesticated mackerel fish oil on blood lipid levels were observed.
