用茶黄烷醇(TF)防治油酸引起的大鼠急性肺损伤,观察TF对肺组织形态学、肺系数、肺血管壁通透性,支气管——肺泡灌洗液(BALF)蛋白质、丙二醛(MDA)及肺组织超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、MDA含量的影响。结果表明TF明显减轻肺水肿,降低肺系数、MDA及蛋白质含量和肺血管通透性改变,保护SOD活性。提示TF能明显减轻油酸所致急性肺损伤,其机制可能与TF减少肺内自由基形成,降低脂质过氧化反应有关。
TF was used to prevent oleic acid-induced acute lung injury in rats. The effects of TF on lung morphology, pulmonary coefficient, pulmonary vascular wall permeability, bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF) protein, (MDA), the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and the content of MDA in lung tissue. The results showed that TF significantly reduced pulmonary edema, reduced lung coefficient, MDA and protein content and pulmonary vascular permeability changes, protect SOD activity. Tip TF can significantly reduce the acute lung injury induced by oleic acid, the mechanism may be related to TF to reduce the formation of free radicals in the lungs and reduce the lipid peroxidation.
