随着企业机制的转换,原有设备管理中逐步暴露了一些影响企业经济效益提高的问题,如在人员配置上,一方面在管理和维修队伍中缺少具有一定水平的专业人员,另一方面又显得设备系统人员“臃肿”,造成人浮于事,维修不及时的现象。这些现象的存在,不符合高起点、高效率、快节奏、低成本的要求。所以在企业内设备系统组成一支少而精的管理、维修队伍,是设备管理自我加压的关键,我们的具体做法是:
