目的 探讨准分子激光屈光性角膜切削术（ＰＲＫ） 后前弹力层缺失与眼压读数下降值之间的相关性。 方法 以ＰＲＫ 手术８７ 眼为实验组，准分子激光原位角膜磨削术（ＬＡＳＩＫ） 手术７６ 眼为对照组，检测术前及术后眼压、角膜厚度、角膜屈光力，分析两组间眼压读数下降有无差别。 结果 去除两组术后角膜厚度、角膜屈光力的改变对眼压读数的影响，ＰＲＫ 和ＬＡＳＩＫ 组眼压读数下降无显著性差异（ Ｐ＞ ０ ．０５） 。 结论 ＰＲＫ 术后前弹力层的缺失不会引起眼压读数的进一步下降
Objective To investigate the correlation between the loss of anterior elastic layer and the decrease of IOP readings after excimer laser photorefractive keratectomy (PRK). Methods Totally 87 eyes of PRK group were treated by laser in situ keratomileusis (LASIK) surgery. The preoperative and postoperative IOP, corneal thickness and corneal refractive power were measured. The intraocular pressure Is there any difference between the readings? Results There was no significant difference in intraocular pressure (IOP) readings between PRK group and LASIK group (P> 0.05) after the corneal thickness and corneal refractive power were removed. Conclusions The absence of anterior elastic layer after PRK does not cause any further decrease in IOP
