作为一种全新的而且行之有效的企业管理理论,企业文化被介绍进中国已有一些时间了。不少企业将企业文化理论运用于实践之中,取得了明显的成效。尤其在当前建立现代企业制度的过程中,如何根据各企业的自身特点,建设富有鲜明特色的企业文化,不少企业都作出了积极的探索。 按照企业文化的基本理论,我们可以将一个企业中的文化现象分为四个层次,即精神文化、制度文化、行为文化和物质文化。这四个层次由内到外,构成了一个企业的文化模式。从我国目前企业文化建设的总体情况来看,每一个企业在这四个层次的企业文化建设中,都还存在着一些现实的,带有共性的问题需要研究井加以解决。
As a new and effective corporate management theory, corporate culture has been introduced into China for some time. Many companies have applied corporate culture theory to practice and achieved remarkable results. Especially in the current process of establishing a modern enterprise system, how to build a distinctive corporate culture based on the characteristics of each company, many companies have made active explorations. According to the basic theory of corporate culture, we can divide the cultural phenomenon in a company into four levels, namely, spiritual culture, institutional culture, behavioral culture, and material culture. These four levels from the inside out, constitute a corporate culture model. Judging from the overall situation of China’s current corporate culture construction, each enterprise still has some realities in the construction of these four levels of corporate culture. Problems with commonalities need to be solved by research wells.
