一、气流冲击及静压造型1.瑞士 GF 公司的气流冲击造型技术在比较了各种不同紧实方法的砂型强度(图1)后,GF 公司认为气流冲击造型技术能最好地满足工艺要求,即靠近模样处砂型紧实度高。与传统的多次紧实方法相比,气流冲击造型方法可使砂型只经一次紧实过程就能得到最终所需的紧实度。而愈靠近砂型背面,砂型紧实度愈低,可提高砂型的透气性。因而在各种紧实方法中,气流冲击造型技术很有发展前途。
