本文报告两种应用阴茎或阴囊皮肤的一期性尿道下裂修复术48例,一种为阴茎皮条埋藏式,一种为阴囊皮管阴茎埋藏式,均取得良好效果,总成功率为89.6％。作者认为这两种一期性手术较过去常用的分期性手术,能减少患者身心及经济上的负担,值得推广应用。文中讨论了手术操作的主要问题及手术并发症的防治,提出了几点手术方法的改进,主张以留置导尿法代替尿路造瘘术等。
This article reports the use of 48 cases of one-stage hypospadias repair of the penis or scrotum skin, one for the penile skin buried, one for the scrotum skin penile embedding, have achieved good results, the total success rate was 89.6% . The authors believe that these two types of surgery than the usual staging surgery, can reduce the physical, mental and financial burden on patients, it is worth promoting the application. This article discusses the main problems of surgical operation and prevention and treatment of surgical complications, and puts forward some improvements of surgical methods, advocating indwelling catheterization instead of urostomy.
