为动态观察单侧喉返神经切断后双侧环杓后肌变化,用9条狗建立单侧喉返神经切断模型,应用酶组织化学技术,对正常及术后2、4、6、8、10、20周狗双侧环杓后肌进行观察。结果表明,去神经支配后损伤侧肌纤维的直径进行性下降,其中白肌变化最明显,第10周达最小;20周损伤侧出现同型化肌纤维,肌纤维的直径基本恢复正常,健侧肌纤维出现代偿。结论:去神经支配后损伤侧肌纤维10周内出现萎缩,20周直接基本恢复;健侧20周出现代偿。
In order to dynamically observe the changes of posterior coccyx vesicles in unilateral recurrent laryngeal nerve, nine unilateral laryngeal recanalization models were established. Enzyme histochemical technique was used to detect the changes of posterior coccyx muscles in normal and postoperative 2,4,6,8, 10,20 week dog bilateral circumflex muscle was observed. The results showed that after denervation, the diameter of injured muscle fibers decreased progressively, of which the white muscle changes most obviously and reached the minimum on the 10th week. At the 20th week, the injured muscle fibers showed the same type of muscle fibers, the diameter of the muscle fibers returned to normal, . Conclusion: The denervated muscle fibers in the injured side of the denervated muscle showed atrophy within 10 weeks and returned to normal after 20 weeks.
