对薄板紧密对接接头的识别问题进行深入的分析,提出由照明、自适应局部特征提取、全局特征识别和验证融合在一起的视觉识别方法。试验表明此方法克服了电弧光的干扰,识别结果可靠,可以有效地解决薄板紧密对接接头识别这一难题。
In this paper, the problem of the identification of the thin butt joint is analyzed in depth, and the visual recognition method which combines the illumination, the adaptive local feature extraction and the global feature recognition and verification is proposed. Experiments show that the method overcomes the interference of arc light, and the identification result is reliable, which can effectively solve the problem of the plate butt joint recognition.
