本文叙述的是廉价大量生产Neoaplec-tana属几种线虫的新方法。Neoaplectana属线虫是广谱性的昆虫寄生性线虫,是一种虫、菌共生的复合体。其共生菌是Xenorhabdusnematophilus即Achromobacter nematohil-us及X.sp。在对害虫的防治中,主要通过三龄带鞘动虫,也称感染期幼虫,由寄主孔口,主要是口腔侵入消化道后,穿过肠壁进入血腔,并将其共生菌排到寄主血腔内,使寄主昆虫在24—36小时内因得败血症而死亡。
