1996年,全世界铝工业产生的炉渣约3200kt,从中回收了1000kt左右铝;其中中国产生的铝炉渣约250kt,从中回收的铝约80.5kt。处理铝炉渣不仅仅是从中回收铝的问题,而且是一个控制造渣量和有效利用残灰的问题,也是一个关于资源回收利用再循环与环境保护的问题。目前先进的炉渣处理技术有:IGDC法,AROS法,挤压法如COMPAL法、ThePres法、SPM法、MADOC法等,等离子体速熔法,ECOCENT法,以及ALUREC法等。还讨论了残灰处理与利用,介绍了铝炉渣处理装备的概况。
In 1996, the world’s aluminum industry produced about 3200kt of slag and recycled about 1000kt of aluminum from which aluminum slag produced in China was about 250kt and the recovered aluminum was about 80.5kt. Treating aluminum slag is not only a matter of recovering aluminum therefrom, but also a problem of controlling the amount of slagging and efficient use of residual ash, and also an issue of recycling and environmental protection of resources. At present, the advanced slag treatment technologies include: IGDC method, AROS method, extrusion method such as COMPAL method, ThePres method, SPM method, MADOC method, plasma melt fusion method, ECOCENT method and ALUREC method. We also discussed the treatment and utilization of residual ash, and introduced the general situation of aluminum slag handling equipment.
