~(14)c甲氧基稻丰散在小菜蛾Plutella Xylosteua表皮进入上的研究表明稻丰散在小菜蛾抗稻丰散品系(OSS—R和OKR—R)虫体的表皮进入率低,放射活性总量小,排泄比率高;现在敏感品系(OSS和OKR)中则正相反,但在体外代谢率方面抗稻丰散品系和感稻丰散品系没有显著差异。试验昆虫代谢产生的~(14)c量极少,因而它不是代谢的主要产物,这些研究结果说明稻丰散进入率降低是小菜蛾的主要抗性机制之一。
