脑胶质瘤是中枢神经系统最常见的恶性肿瘤。血肿瘤屏障(blood-tumorbarrier,BTB)的存在极大地限制了抗肿瘤药物进入脑肿瘤组织,降低了脑肿瘤的治疗效果,因此有效开放BTB成为提高脑胶质瘤化疗疗效的重要策略。近年来,越来越多的研究证实了多种转运药物到达肿瘤组织的方法,如脑室内给药、对流增强转运法、干扰BTB法以及选择性调控BTB的通透性等。其中,通过选择性调控BTB通透性,转运药物进入脑肿瘤组织具有效果好、副作用小的优点,是恶性脑肿瘤化疗中极具前景的治疗方法。本文概述了转运药物进入脑肿瘤组织的研究进展。
Glioma is the most common malignancy in the central nervous system. The existence of blood-tumor barrier (BTB) greatly limits the entry of anti-tumor drugs into brain tumor tissues and reduces the therapeutic effect of brain tumors. Therefore, effectively opening BTB is an important strategy for improving the efficacy of chemotherapy in gliomas. In recent years, more and more researches confirm that many kinds of transport drugs reach the tumor tissue, such as intracerebroventricular administration, convection enhancing transport method, interfering with BTB method and selectively regulating the permeability of BTB. Among them, through the selective regulation of BTB permeability, drug delivery into the brain tumor tissue has the advantages of good effect and small side effects, and is a promising treatment for malignant brain tumor chemotherapy. This article summarizes the progress of transport of drugs into brain tumor tissue.
