目的报告1例癫痫病人脑内电极对闪光刺激的反应。方法 1例部分性难治性癫痫病人在术前评估时利用立体定向技术,在枕-颞叶脑组织内不同部位置入电极,病人处于睁眼或闭眼状态,使用1-40Hz频率的光源刺激。结果出现明显生理性光驱动的电极接触点全部处于枕叶内侧面,靠近距状裂,但不同的电极接触点由于位于距状裂上下及距离其远近不同,出现生理光驱动的效果不同,未发现病理性光效应。结论通过癫痫病人脑内电极的置入,特别是在枕叶内侧面置入脑内电极,可以得到确切的关于视觉系统的生理信息。
Objective To report the response of brain electrodes to flash stimuli in 1 epileptic patient. Methods One patient with partial refractory epilepsy was treated with stereotactic technique during the preoperative evaluation. The electrodes were placed in different parts of the occipital-temporal lobe. The eyes of the patients were in the open or closed eyes. Light sources with frequency of 1-40 Hz stimulate. The results showed that all of the electrodes with obvious physiological light-driven electrodes were all located on the medial side of the occipital lobe, close to the fissure, but different electrodes had different effects of physiological light driving because they were located above and below the fissure and far and near. Pathological light effects were found. Conclusion Intracranial electrode implantation in epilepsy patients, especially in the medial face of the occipital lobe, can obtain the exact physiological information about the visual system.
