由农副产品稻壳所制得的高表面积 ( 31 2 0 m2 /g)活性炭制得了催化剂 Sn Cl4· 5 H2 O/C,在此催化剂作用下以乳酸与正丁醇为原料合成了乳酸正丁酯 ,并考察了催化酯化的各种影响因素。实验表明 ,固体酸 Sn Cl4· 5 H2 O/C是合成乳酸正丁酯的良好催化剂 ,最佳反应条件是 ,醇酸摩尔比为 2∶ 1 ,催化剂用量为 2 .0 g,反应时间 2 h,上述条件下乳酸正丁酯的收率达 96.2 % ,含量 98%以上
The catalyst SnCl4.5H2O / C was prepared from the high surface area (3120 m2 / g) activated carbon obtained from the husk of agricultural and sideline products. Under the action of this catalyst, lactic acid and n-butanol were used as raw materials to synthesize n-butyl lactate Ester, and investigated the various factors that catalyze esterification. Experiments show that the solid acid SnCl4 · 5H 2 O / C is a good catalyst for the synthesis of n-butyl lactate.
