随着人们的生活节奏不断加快,作为在校大学生,产生的压力也越来越大。目前大学生的综合身体素质令人担忧,特别是女大学生,由于体质限制不能参加竞争性过于激烈的运动,使平时本来就懒散的女大学生抽出更少的时间来锻炼身体。普拉提是一种舒缓全身肌肉及提高人体躯干控制能力的课程,没有竞技性运动的激烈性,而且能够达到健身和塑形的目的,深受广大女大学生的喜爱。本文通过分析探索练习普拉提的作用方法以及普拉提对大学生身心健康的影响,探讨大学生练习普拉提的意义。
