在“科教兴国”“科研兴校”的科学创新浪潮的推动下,为充分发挥教育科研的深化改革、实施素质教育、优化师资队伍、提高教育质量等方面的作用,教师申报教育实验课题已十分普通。教育实验是一种较高层次的教育科研活动,也是研究性的教育实践活动,体现了科学研究与教育实践的统一。教育实验需要有一个用书面形式全面系统地表达所准备的全部过程内容,实验的远期、近期目标,实验计划组织实施的方法和步骤,这就是实验方案。实验方案属于应用文体,它具有一般应用文的共有特征,即广泛的实用性、惯用的程式性、严格的时间性、语言的平实性等,但科研的特殊性又使它具有较为特殊的表现形式。教育实验方案应该依据实验性质及内容制订。它的一般格式是:
