为克服带钢头尾温差对成品带钢厚度超差的影响,保证对带钢的厚度精度的要求,本文建立了实现带钢头部按成品带厚负公差轧制,带钢尾部按成品带厚正公差轧制的辊缝设定模型。应用本文所建立的辊缝设定模型进行计算机离线分析表明,可消除带钢头尾温差对带钢厚度超差的影响,给出带钢厚度公差δ值,以满足对带钢厚度精度要求,提高成品带钢的收得率,能取得较理想的经济效果。
To overcome the strip head and tail temperature difference on the finished strip thickness tolerance to ensure the accuracy of strip thickness requirements, this paper established a strip head with the product with a negative tolerance tolerance rolling strip tail by the finished product Roll gap setting model for thick positive tolerance rolling. The computerized off-line analysis of the roll gap setting model established in this paper shows that the influence of strip head temperature difference on strip thickness tolerance can be eliminated, and the strip thickness tolerance value δ is given to meet the requirements of strip thickness accuracy. Improve the finished steel strip yield, can achieve better economic results.
