近年来,我国石油企业为拓展国际市场,积极实施国际化人才开发战略,初步拥有了一支国际化的人才队伍,但是在队伍总量、结构和素质方面仍无法与西方跨国石油公司相比。因此,我国石油企业必须高度重视国际化人才资源开发,尽快建设和拥有一支数量充足、结构合理、素质优良的国际化人才队伍,为做大做强海外市场提供强大的人才和智力支持。
In recent years, the petroleum enterprises of our country have been actively implementing the strategy of international talent development in order to expand the international market and initially possess an internationalized talent team, but they still can not compare with the multinational oil companies in the world in terms of total team size, structure and quality. Therefore, China’s petroleum enterprises must attach great importance to the development of internationalized human resources, establish and have an international qualified personnel team with sufficient numbers, reasonable structures and excellent qualifications as soon as possible so as to provide powerful talents and intellectual support for bigger and stronger overseas markets.
