在煤矿机械化开采过程中,矿井工作面顶板的管理与支护是影响煤矿安全生产非常重要的因素。液压支架主要是以乳化液作为动力介质,它能够将液压能直接转化成机械能,液压支架是实现矿井综合开采工作面底板和顶板支护的唯一设备。而合理选用液压支架,不但能够让矿井综合开采设备更好地适应工作面的生产条件,还能让煤矿达到安全、高效的生产,使煤矿取得良好的经济效益与社会效益。本文主要对液压支架的选型依据和架型选择进行了分析。
In the mechanized mining process, the management and support of the coal mine roof is a very important factor affecting coal mine safety. Hydraulic support is mainly based on emulsion as a driving force medium, which can directly convert hydraulic energy into mechanical energy. Hydraulic support is the only equipment that can realize the support of floor and roof in mining comprehensive mining face. Reasonable selection of hydraulic support, not only can make mine comprehensive mining equipment to better adapt to the working conditions of production, but also allow coal mines to achieve safe and efficient production, so that coal mines achieved good economic and social benefits. This article mainly analyzes the selection basis and rack type of hydraulic support.
